Rennell PTO Service Project - December 7th

Just a reminder about the Service Project for the PTO from Jenny Orwin:

Hello Scout Parents,


If you read the PTO President’s letter in the Rennell newsletter last night, you saw that our Cub Scouts will be helping to distribute the fundraiser items in the evening on Tuesday, December 7, from 7:00 – 8:00 pm.  The boys will need to be there by 6:45 for quick instructions.


The distribution will work as a drive through assembly line.  Parents will drive up, and the boys will help find the items, which will already be sorted by family, and give them to the parents.  The Rennell PTO is our Chartered Organization, and it is part of our responsibility as good Cub Scouts to do service for our Chartered Organization.


Please let me know if your son will be helping with the distribution, so I can tell the PTO how much help to expect.  Please note, that you will need to stay at the school with your son.  I will need a firm headcount by November 30.
